Need to make a return or report a damaged shipment? No problem. Simply complete the form below and we’ll email instructions for making your return. We do ask that your return meets the following rules:

· RMA request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

· Products are in original packaging

· Products have not been installed or used.

· Clearance returns are not accepted.

· Returns for Lutron RadioRa2 (except for white), RadioRa3, Nova, Nova T, Vareo, Grafik T and any obscure colors are not accepted.

Important — packages without an RMA# will be refused. Call us! 610-215-2470. You will be given a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) Refunds and Warranty Exchanges are generally processed within (2) business day of receiving any returned or defective items.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for ________ products, which have a 25% restocking fee.

We do not pay the return shipping unless an error was made on our end. We suggest shipping the return with FedEx or UPS so that proper tracking can be obtained.

Please complete the form to the left and upload photos of the damage. We’ll work to get replacements to you in a timely fashion.

We technically don’t “exchange” orders. We find the easiest way to handle an exchange is to make your return and place a new order for the correct product.

Important:

· Special ordered products as well as custom colors and made-to-order fixtures are not returnable.

· Tax is non-refundable.
